Great end of summer show
Great end of the summer bash with a great mixture of artists. Everything about the show was great except the food. Between my friend and I we couldn't even get through half of the container. It was more or less expected that the food and drinks would be overpriced, but they advertised "crab fries" which were just fries with far too much Old Bay seasoning. Eleven dollars for a 24-ounce is ridiculous but not unexpected. If they were going to have local vendors, they should have had better food options.
Duracell's charging stations were a great touch. It would have been nice if they had more than 3 stations for over 100,000 people. As a consumer, it seems like they could have set that up better, especially if they wanted people to advertise it. There should have been some incentives, for example, tag us on Twitter/Facebook and get to the front of the line. I'm not in marketing, but I assume they could have done a better job with that.
I didn't love that you weren't allowed to leave and come back. I understand they didn't want people to go out and get drunk/not spend money at the venue. However, as expected, the porta-potty situation got atrocious later in the show. It would've been nice to be able to run to one of the hotels or bars to use a real bathroom.
Not major complaints, mostly annoyances, but I had an excellent time!
